Profiling & Planing
Our Moulder is a state-of-the-art machine that planes timber to a smooth finish or transforms it with a new profile. It handles timber up to 260mm x 160mm and can match existing profiles using our extensive range of cutters. If none are suitable, we can create custom cutters to achieve the precise profile you need, offering exceptional versatility for your project.
Length & Width
Our most common service features two powerful machines in our arsenal: a cross-cutter and a re-saw. Together, these tools provide exceptional flexibility, enabling us to precisely cut timber into specific lengths and widths. The cross cutter excels at efficiency, allowing multiple lengths to be cut simultaneously, while the re-saw boasts an impressive cutting speed of 100 metres per minute! In addition to standard cuts, our re-saw can also be used to create custom firrings and posts.
Sheet Cutter
We can accurately cut any of our sheet materials into various lengths and widths. This service is one of our most popular offerings, thanks to the wide variety of materials and thicknesses we stock and the significant time it can save on projects and developments. Our sheet cutter is both efficient and designed to minimise waste. Additionally, we regularly use this cutter for the first step in producing pattresses, allowing us to create custom sizes with ease.
